Meet the Leadership Team

Travis Tate is currently the Spiritual Care Coordinator at Sparrow Hospice.

Travis has been a licensed and ordained minister for 40 years. He received his ordination through the Christian National Church. Travis is also certified in bereavement, counseling, and spiritual care. Travis is also currently a Senior Pastor and CEO of a non-profit organization. Travis chose Sparrow Hospice for the opportunity to extend his support, care, and compassion to patients and families at a part of life’s journey when spiritual care is needed the most.

Travis is a father to 5 children and a grandfather to 14. Travis enjoys spending time with his family, playing music, singing, and helping others. Travis also loves traveling with his wife and playing with his yorkies.
